Site Requirements:

Some files on this site are in Adobe PDF (.pdf) format. PDF files must be viewed with Adobe Reader which is a free, safe, and downloadable program available at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Installing Adobe Reader will also install the Adobe Reader plug-in. This will allow you to view PDF files from within your browser. If there is an "Also Install" section on the download page, the corresponding software (ie: Google Toolbar) can be unchecked. It is not required to view pdf files.
